DHI Commercial Roofing stands out in our industry. Since 2010, our primary purpose is to be a professional roofing partner constantly exhibiting integrity, reliability, and quality. Over the last 8 years, we have completed nearly $65 million in projects across 12 States for some of the largest multi-site owner operators in multi-family, entertainment, banking, industrial, retail, and real estate development in the Midwest. Our goal is to exceed (not just meet) client expectations on every project, report and communication. This commitment to exceed expectations has become the primary reason we are growing and retaining clients at a rate greater than industry norms; more than half of our new clients every year come to us as referrals from our current "raving fan" clients.

Simply and randomly suggesting a client make a claim "to see what happens" costs everyone time, money, and credibility. We'll never do that.
With more than 2 decades of roofing expertise, we are able to draw upon our knowledge and insurance restoration experience and provide our clients with the most economically feasible approach to preserving or restoring their asset values as effectively as possible. When conditions permit, we will suggest strategies to reduce the total cost of the claim to the carrier and client, thus keeping our client's loss ratios and rates more reasonable.
